Dear Dr. Tuminelli:
We hope all is well with you these days! Enclosed is a high school graduation announcement for our son, Brent, and a couple of pictures of him from both the past and the present. (We have also included a copy of a page from the February 2010 issues of Seventeen Magazine in which Brent was featured as one of seventeen young men chosen from more than 700 submissions as the “hottest guys for 2010”). He had a wonderful high school career which culminated in an incredible spring; he was admitted to all seven colleges to which he applied (Harvard, Princeton, Stanford, U Penn, Northwestern, Washington University and Boston College), and has decided to become a “Harvard man.” We could not be more thrilled and excited for him! He has come a long way from being a baby who entered the world with a “wide smile” and lots of painful work ahead of him, all of which he handled with a grace and dignity that made us extremely proud.

We want to take this opportunity to offer our heartfelt gratitude for the role you played in enabling Brent to become the confident, joyful, “very cool” young man he is today. You were there from the beginning, reassuring us that all would turn out fine. And, it truly has!
We plan to be in New York for several weeks this summer and hope to stop by to say hello if all schedules permit (Brent interns again this year at Stifel Nicolaus, so we hope they will permit him an afternoon off!). Until then, enjoy summer.
Our best,
Dear Dr. Surks:
Although there are skilled and knowledgeable healthcare professional, we are very fortunate, every once in a great while, we are fortunate to find that’s special Doctor who is not only highly skilled, but has a warm, caring heart, and you are one of those people. You took away the fear, the pain and knowing how much you cared meant the world to me and my daughter.
Dear Dr. Korin:
I cannot thank you enough for the beautiful job that you did in restoring the appearance of my two front teeth. They look so beautiful and natural. People have been complimenting me on my appearance without even realizing what is that makes me look better. When I tell them what I have done they cannot believe that bonding two teeth could make such a dramatic difference in a person’s appearance. I am definitely a walking advertisement for you. Again I thank you
